ON SITE RULES
to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we have a few key guidelines:

we expect you to stay mindful and to take care of yourself. - OPEN COMMUNICATION

≈ turn off lights & unplug chargers.
≈ do not waste water: every drop counts.
≈ hang the small wooden sign “please clean my room” on your room door (outside) for room cleaning.
≈ do not throw feminine hygiene products or trash in the toilet (toilet paper is ok though)
≈ do not take our shower towels to the beach. - EOUIPMENT
you will be responsible for any costs related to damaged equipment, including broken boards. for peace of mind, we offer surf equipment insurance (add-on: 25€). - SHARING IS CARING
≈ lend a hand to each other when loading and unloading cars and when rinsing wetsuits back at the surf camp.
≈ we stand for respect & kindness towards fellow surfers.
≈ we have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful behavior toward our surf camp team. treat everyone with kindness and respect.

reminder:
if you wish to shorten your stay or cancel pre-booked add-ons during your time with us, please note that there are no refunds for remaining days or pre-booked add-ons, as you have booked an all-inclusive additionally, skipped surf days cannot be postponed to your departure day. if you wish to surf on your departure day, an additional surf lesson will need to be booked.

both Ryanair and EasyJet require a printed boarding pass. please send us your boarding pass via whatsapp, and we’ll be more than happy to print it for you for 2€ - QUAD / BUGGY / HORSE BACK RIDING / CAMEL RIDING TOURS
upon request - HOSPITAL we hope you won’t need this! …but in case you need to go to the hospital: 40€.
SURF EQUIPMENT INSURANCE
to provide peace of mind for you, we offer optional equipment coverage (add-on, not included in the surf packages) for surfboards and wetsuits at a cost of 25€. this coverage includes protection against dings and damages, up to a maximum of 80€. if the damage exceeds 80€, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
it’s important to note that in the unfortunate event of a broken board, you will be obligated to cover the cost of the damage caused: depending on condition of surf board 50-100% of original price (-80€ if equipment coverage was added). this ensures that everyone is accountable for any substantial damage caused.

HOW TO GET TO
- AGADIR BUS STATION / AIRPORT
if included in your package: we’ll drop you at the airport (leaving our surf house 3h before your flight departures) or bus station (leaving our surf house 1-1.5h before your bus departures, depending on traffic). if not included in your package: airport 30€ per taxi; bus station 20€ per taxi. TAGHAZOUT
≈ private taxi: will pick you up at the surf camp and drop off in taghazout centre (17€ / taxi per way). please note that we add the extra to the booking of the person who requested the service (don’t pay with the taxi driver).
≈ collective taxis: walk down to the main road and take one of the “collective taxis” that drive aourir – tamraght – taghazout – tamraght – aourir.
≈ take a walk: walk along the beach to taghazout. it takes about 1h -1.5h and is extra beautiful during sunset.IMSOUANE

LAUNDRY
a salon is located in tamraght (next to hey yallah), drop your laundry after surfing and pick it up the next day
ATM
there are 3 atms in tamraght (1x camping, 1x gaz station, 1x next to the restaurant beach break) and 1 atm in taghazout.
CHECK OUT

≈ your room will be ready at 4 pm. please fill out the form provided during check in and pay the remaining amount in cash (€ or MAD).
≈ arrival day: no other service than dinner included (additional services can be booked). - CHECK OUT
≈ please check out of your room at 11 am (same for room changes)
≈ no other service than breakfast included (please understand that we cannot do an early breakfast if your departure is before our scheduled breakfast).
≈ please bring back room keys to the reception.
≈ please bring back beach towels to the reception - please be sure to visit the reception the evening before your departure day to complete the check-out process.
- please make sure to provide us with your correct departure details at least 24 hours before your departure. for any last-minute changes after check-out or if incorrect information is provided, an additional fee of €20 will apply to cover the extra costs of adjusting taxi arrangements.
- remember: e-tickets are not available in morocco. please check your ticket to find out if you need to bring a printed version or if you get a boarding pass at the airport. we are happy to print your ticket (2€).
SALTY GOATS
in 2018 we opened our doors to surf lovers from around the world. ever since then we have given our guests the full surf experience, full of adventure and food for the soul – hence “surf soul adventure”.
what make us happy the most is seeing our guests screaming with joy when surfing the waves, and screaming of surprise when seeing the famous goats in the trees. which is why we have always called our guests “our lovely salty goats”: just like the goats are never too afraid to bravely climb up spiky argan trees to reach another delicious fruit, our guests are never too tired to catch another wave, never too scared to smash their own limits!
when the pandemic hit, so many of our lovely guests reached out to us, telling us again how much they loved their surf home in morocco and how much they were already looking forward to our come back after this most difficult period. that touched us so much and we promised with all our heart – inspired by our guests, and just like the goats – that we would not only survive this crisis, but thrive and make it an even better home for you! there was only one way forward for us and that was to put the name of our lovely guests on the door: SALTY GOATS!
